Pinnacle is the best home care you can go to if you are in need of any skilled, PT or OT services. Shout out to Giselle as she always brightens up the room and creates the smoothest experience for her patients. She goes above and beyond to ensure you receive a 5 star experience. Highest recommendation for Pinnacle where they do care!

This organization is beyond extraordinary. My husband came home to recover from back surgery, and every person who came to care for him from Pinnacle was on time, communicative, responsive, and just outstanding professionals. The visiting nurses, OT and PT all arrived when scheduled and gave my husband the utmost care as well as answering questions and sharing advice when needed. I can’t say enough about Pinnacle Home Care. The organization lives up to its slogan, ‘Beyond Expectation’. Thank you for being here in our time of need.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Our experience with Pinnacle started off great with an exceptional nurse, Damayci, who was new to the company but provided outstanding wound care and colostomy bag placement for my 59-year-old husband. She was knowledgeable, caring, and professional—we truly appreciated her. However, things quickly went downhill when Pinnacle sent a weekend nurse, Cathy, who claimed to have 20 years of experience from New York. Despite her supposed expertise, she was completely incapable of completing the simple task of properly placing a colostomy bag. Over the weekend, we had to call multiple times because the bag kept leaking feces into my husband’s wound—something that had never happened under Damayci’s care. At one point, Cathy seemed fed up with having to reinstall the bag, so she showed up at our house with another nurse (who appeared to be in training, likely brought as a witness), took pictures, made notes, and then left. Shortly after, Pinnacle dropped us as patients causing yet more issues and delays in finding another home health care provider. When I called to speak with a manager, I was met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism. Instead of addressing our concerns, she engaged in petty gossip, claiming my husband "didn’t follow protocol," ate spicy food, and even accused him of having rice in his wound—a completely false and outrageous claim. It became clear that they dropped us based on Cathy’s fraudulent report rather than any legitimate reason or investigation. As a direct result of Cathy’s incompetence and negligence, my husband’s wound became contaminated, leading to hospital visits, extended stays, and ultimately, complications during and after his ileostomy reversal surgery. This was not just poor service—it was outright medical negligence. Both my husband and I are attorneys, and we are now seriously contemplating legal action against Pinnacle for their gross negligence and all associated damages caused by their incompetence. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic incompetence caused unnecessary suffering, serious health complications, and loss of income for both of us. I would never recommend Pinnacle to anyone in need of reliable home health care. If you value your health or that of a loved one, stay far away from this company!

The therapists and nurses who have cared for my husband a few hours each week since his stroke are wonderful. The administration is worse than useless - they have been stonewalling us, refusing to provide any explanation of, or information about, the home health aide (HHA) services his doctor ordered. His 90-day post-hospital HHA Medicare eligibility will end in three weeks, and so far his HHA service has amounted to exactly one shower, given by a kind-hearted nurse at the end of her shifte. After many phone calls - during which multiple people assured us that someone else would get back to us soon - we still have not been told what HHA services Pinnacle actually provides. But the answer is now obvious: they do not provide any Medicare HHA services at all.

I’m absolutely mortified… my father has had about 3 different nurses from this company come to his home for wound care on a severe injury on his leg. For the past 2 weeks the nurses have told my dad that the wound is “getting better” and everything is fine when it clearly looked infected, they said it wasn’t and nothing to worry about. All they did was come change his bandage and leave… one nurse said he needed antibiotics and never brought them or returned a call. After seeing his condition I decided to take him to the hospital only to find out that the wound is BEYOND infected and he needs surgery. This company is unexperienced, unprofessional and a NIGHTMARE!!!!
