USA Home healthcare was recommended to me by a medical professional. Upon reaching out to them, they took care of my every need for my broken ankle and large wound on my foot. I am in my 60s and live on the second floor with no elevator so I needed help at home. From medical equipment to sending an aid to the house to help me shower, to sending me GIOVANNA MILLER for my Wound Care. I was very impressed with the urgency of them getting me the things that I needed. Sometimes they were right at my front door the day after I asked for them. Such as wheelchair, walker, etc. Lucky for me, I have a retired husband at home so I did not have to go to a rehabilitation center. Aside from USA Home healthcare being professional, kind, courteous, and attentive, I mostly want to express my gratitude to GIOVANNA MILLER for coming to my home twice a week, for cleaning and changing the bandage on my awful wound. She is an exceptional nurse who is extremely nice professional, and she knows her wounds and how to keep them clean, uninfected and healing. I highly recommend this Company for all your Home Health needs.
