My family used the services of Empathy Care to provide home health aides for my wife’s elderly parents who live in Delray Beach, Florida for over 5 years. Empathy Care is run by Carol Wolfe and we had hundreds of interactions with Carol over the years as their health waxed and waned. Carol took a personal interest in our family and even developed personal relationships with my in-laws. My mother in law was not the easiest person to work with (or for) and Carol was able to transcend those issues and my mother in law grew very fond of Carol. At times we required round the clock support from Empathy Care and Carol always went above and beyond to ensure that a qualified aide was always available to support us. Sadly, we no longer have a need for home health aides, but I highly recommend Empathy Care to anyone looking for a company to provide private aide services for a family member.

Bringing someone into your home to care for a loved one is never easy but Empathy Care made it that way. Erica, Medaline, Gloria, Rudean and the rest of the incredible staff went above and beyond with their kindness and support offered to my mother who was under their care, but also to my father, and to my brother and I who live out of state. At our most vulnerable and emotional time, Empathy's compassion and experience helped guide us. I only wish we had brought them in sooner.

My elderly uncle needed 24/7 care for a couple of weeks due to reduced mobility. The in-home care services were set up quickly and efficiently. Empathy Care provided outstanding care for my mother. They have deep respect for the individuals they work with and is evident in their attentiveness to what helps in one's self esteem in concert with getting better and stronger. They always find meaningful ways to make sure of proper physical care and self-image is attended to. It was important for me that they kept me informed of any and all changes and challenges. They provided me detail and attention even as a partner in advocating for the best possible care. I have always wanted my mother to be happy and safe - Carol and team made that happen in addition to the beginning a wonderful and trusting friendship. They promote a sense of independence and security. It’s wonderful mixture of problem solving and generosity. In addition to their personal attention, they are able to serve as a great resource for services, experiences and ideas. Empathy Care went far beyond their expectations to provide care.
