Absolutely, positively the best in home nursing service I’ve ever experienced. I was discharged after a lengthy hospital stay post surgery. All Florida was the service the hospital referred me to for my at home treatments of antibiotics using a pump. Every visit was professional, timely and with a sense of compassionate care. The first visit was by Mercedes, a pro, to set up my pump. The rest of the week we were assigned Luis. Always on time, always clean and professional. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home services. Two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽

Not professional. Disorganized. Poor coordination. When nurse showed up 8 days after surgery, he took bandage off, blood pressure, pulse and took a picture. That's it. Poor communication. Next appointment not clearly explained. Next appointment didn't show up when requested. It seems they want to visit when it's convenient for them...she (the nurse or nurse in-training?) called out of the blue 4 days later expecting to be able to show up in 15 minutes. Told her to call and schedule with at least a (courtesy) 24 hour advance notice. They forget I am the customer...paying them. Requested English speaking...all are very difficult to understand. Have had one visit from them over a week ago when I believe they are supposed to show up a few times per week. No paperwork, no details. Will have to call surgeon that set this up. This is Unacceptable.
