They don’t deserve not even one star but I have to put one so I can comment this place is horrible. Please don’t don’t let your love ones on these people care of him the HHA come one day and the next one don’t come the person this was supposed to clean my mothers wound always with bad attitude. She said she couldn’t do that she couldn’t do that, so I got fed up and cancel the agency, I told them the day that it was gonna be the last day they retaliated and canceled three days before leaving me with no care for my mother they are so unprofessional and they don’t need to to be servicing, elderly people

I tried connecting a potential client to this agency. Sophia referral coordinator informed me that she will be able to connect client to HHA after submitting all necessary documents. Trusting her, I spent about a month gathering necessary documentation for the client. After finally getting authorization, Sophia did not make the effort to contact either me, client, or PCP to inform us that she was not able to find an HHA. There is such a lack of communication with this agency and will not be referring anymore client's here.

One of the worse agencies I have dealt with . I tried getting in contact with this agency for over 3 weeks no one called back. The home health aide worker who was supposed to start working with my son Never started and the agency and coordinator never knew that. This went on for 3 weeks. Even the worker try to contact her agency no one responded. We lost over 3 weeks of home health Aide. This agency is a joke and should be out of business. It’s just a matter of time before Medicaid shut this place down for fraud. If you need reliable service please go else where. This was a nightmare for us. Shame on management!
