Lillian Radziewski is very knowledgeable and a hard worker and I don’t know what I would have done without Her. She is very respectful and resourceful and she has a caring heart. As a nurse when you know you can count on the understanding of a coordinator to get you to work, it’s a blessing. I feel like she is family, and I think God for her. Maxim is lucky to have her as a worker. They should promote her with a raise. She is just a good person.

Maxim agency is the best and nationwide... never behind paying me as an employee. Their employees are great listeners. Dora is my coordinator and she never tired with any phone call regarding the nurse and patient...she directed me as needed. Been with Maxim since August 1998 until today. I started working for Maxim in 2023. I had been out of work for months due to losing a child. I was a little apprehensive about starting back but working with the amazing people at Maxim helped a lot. Lillian Radziewski and Bryon M. made the transition completely comfortable for me. Maxim allowed me to be able to still be there for my kids with grief therapy. If I’m feeling down I can depend on Lily to always crack a joke and make me smile. Lily should be employee of the year because even if I need more work or less work she’s always there to assist me! I would gladly recommend Maxim Doral to any nurses looking for work!!!

I have been with Maxim Healthcare for about 4 years. At Maxim in Miami, Florida; I'm so glad to have Lily Radziewski as my daughter's coordinator. She is amazing, professional, friendly, reliable, and honest. Lily takes time to answer any questions I may have; and if she doesn't know the answer, she finds someone who does. Even though the communication is via phone, I can feel how compassionate and caring she is. This shows how much she really cares for her clients. I am sure Lily may have other numerous tasks to accomplish; yet, she doesn't make you feel rushed. She does her best to provide you with time & attention. Thank you Lily for all you do!

I’m part of the Maxim family since last year, and since day one they have been great to me. I really enjoy my time working with Maxim’s patients, family and staff.
