I advise anyone do not do business with these people. They are unprofessional, do not show up for work.Do not care for your family member. No one is trained to do the job. No one speak english . All I can say is the worst.I've ever experienced. Do not trust the girl Jessica that answers the phone. She's just as bad. Be careful, she will sell you on a good service.But at the end of the day, it's not good at all. And one more thing, no one never arrives on time.If they are called out to work. Be careful, people protect your family, because they're not going to.

It's an agency that shouldn't operate as a home health care facility. They have very poor employees, both in the offices and those who provide the service. They don't have staff; when someone is missing, they don't have enough to cover the situation, and they're left feeling completely relaxed, letting the patient's family figure things out however they can. My mother has been with this agency for over 20 years, but I'm going to change it now; the shortcomings are too great.
