The service is unacceptable. The nurses make you wait at home all day to administer the medication, and not one even calls to give an estimated time of arrival. On weekends, there is no phone service at the agency, so patients cannot get information about which nurse will be assigned that day or when they will arrive. In addition, we called the case manager to explain a situation with a medication spill. He said he would contact the doctor and the nurse and get back to us, but 24 hours later we have not received a single courtesy call. In short, the staff shows a complete lack of professionalism and empathy when dealing with sick patients. The service is unacceptable. To give it one star would be too much for the lack of humanity and poor treatment I received from this agency, specifically from a manager named Ernesto. The poor treatment I have received over the years. They should understand that they work with patients, as their word says. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

This agency never rendered services I was scheduled for . When you call into customer's service, they hang up , are rude and dismissive. They lead you to believe you’ll be called back while they investigate the matter ,of course never to receive one back . After several phone calls and mentions of speaking with the CEO , Barbara an (administrator)!called back stating I need new orders because I had refused services. The intake nurse that had completed an assessment falsified documents stating that I refused services. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks . I was so happy to be home knowing that care would start @ home . Why would I cancel orders that’s needed ? I wouldn’t recommend/ refer this agency to anyone. Hope that this review will save anyone from going through what I went through especially if you’re a patient that’s trying to heal !

I normally wait at least a year before i give rating to anyone. I have been with Southeast Homecare for over a year along with a couple of other companies that I am leaving reviews. I must say that this is a great company to be with for all your health care needs. Southeast Homecare gets 5 stars. Roosevelt Parker Jr.
