TECH Healthcare agency has been a godsend to me and my family over the past several years. Every member of their staff is helpful and compassionate, Kelly and Briggite on the administrative side go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could possibly need are always there for you and your loved one. Consuelo is the perfect nurse, compassionate and incredible at her job. Carlos the physical therapist is also compassionate and does an incredible job at the patient's speed. Ada, the Home Health Care Aid is gentle and thorough in making sure your loved one is clean and comfortable. I don't have enough words to say how wonderful to people at TEHC Home Health Care are. Edit: Reduced to 1 star. My apologies to Alejandro and Melissa. The company decided to discharge my husband, even though he still requires home health care. So now we are left without the care he needs. Stay far away from this place. This rating is specific to the nursing side of this company. It really doesn't merit more than 1 star, except there is one nurse and one aide that go above and beyond to care for their patients. I was told by the person "in charge" that the nurses are assigned patients, but are free to make their own schedules. This is has become a major problem. They show up or don't show up as they please. This arrangement is unacceptable, so to anyone that wants their loved ones to be cared for properly, find another Homecare company.
