Alex, our home healthcare nurse, was amazing. When he visited according to the schedule, he could tell immediately my husband was in distress. We called the ambulance and my husband had emergency surgery. It is no exaggeration to say Alex saved my husband's life! Even after he was in the hospital, Alex was texting me to see how my husband was progressing. I would highly recommend Trilogy and especially Alex! Alex's knowledge and care were outstanding! I hope he will be our nurse again when my husband returns home.

Five Stars for Peter Joseph. I wish to thank Trilogy Home Healthcare for scheduling my Home Physical Therapy following knee replacement surgery with their Physical Therapist, Peter Joseph. Peter has been a joy to work with. He is a kind, knowledgeable, highly skilled, experienced professional who is helping me recover and move forward after this surgery. Appointments are easy to coordinate, he is prompt, and communicates well. He is providing me the tools that I need to use in order to progress to healing. He is showing me the correct way to do specific exercises while in session with him, and then continue at home. Peter is encouraging, has a very relaxed manner, and is always willing to answer any questions. Trilogy Home Healthcare is very fortunate to have Physical Therapist, Peter Joseph as part of their team.

Very dissatisfied with Trilogy Home Healthcare, if they don't take your insurance they are required to find another Healthcare service to supply services. I was promised on Sunday that they would call back on Monday with another company, instead they haven't called me and I'm left scrambling trying to find another place to pack and dress an open wound from major surgery last week that needs changed daily. Absolutely horrible customer service especially considering I can't drive due to the surgery.

I had a wonderful experience with Trilogy homecare. After a hip replacement my son insisted I use Trilogy for physical therapy.. That is iwhen I met and worked with Annalee whom I give credit to for my speedy recovery. She was knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. Annalee definitely makes Trilogy a five star operation!
