I was only with Actify Home Care briefly....the time I was with them was absolutely the best care I could have ever received!! From the 1st call to their office thru the last, Ms Deb was very kind & accommodating!!!...Then I was blessed to have the Home Health Aide, Ms Gloria who brightened my day, in her own special ways raising my self esteem as She provided my hygiene care with respect & compassion for me that plays a significant part in healing the human body physically that i so desperately needed...She performed Her duties always with a smile!!! She is definitely " one of a kind"! Her thoughtfulness & consideration & compassion were truely "genuine"!! "Hats off" to U, Ms Gloria!! Actify Home Care is absolutely amazing. When the first agency we chose was a no show/no call, Actify stepped up and got a nurse to the house immediately. We have had continuity of care ever since! Actify, above all, made me feel comfortable. They were very responsive, communicative, and helpful. One specific nurse, Veron, was extremely caring every single day she came to my house. She always called in advance, communicated with me about every step of treatment, and asked how I was doing. She was very friendly. Before I had these visits, I was worried about the future of my surgery recovery, but Veron made me feel assured I would be okay and fully healed like the doctors hoped I'd be.
