Firstat is outstanding. The Care Transition Manager is responsive, professional, and answered every question I had; she made it simple and easy to sign up for service for my elderly father. Similarly, the home health aide has been, in my father's words, "superb." He said "she gets everything done, doesn't make a fuss, and is fantastic." Likewise, he said the nurse is "terrific" because she came up with an efficient plan for organizing his medications so that he can keep track of them easily. I'm truly grateful for Firstat being such a good partner in my family's healthcare. Try Firstat, you'll be delighted!

The worst, don't trust this company

Not a very good experience with these folks. Terminated their services early. The girls were friendly and competent, but management seems not very effective. Late arrivals were common, and one morning nobody showed up. They got the duration of our stay at Court at Palm Aire wrong which resulted in a morning rescheduling that was not good for us. Caregiver showed up this AM just when wife had urgent need for bathroom. Asked her to take her to BR immediately and when she didn't, I did it. Then she left.
