If I could give no stars I would. This company is very unprofessional. Their nurses don’t believe in setting appointments, they call you when they’re literally 15mins from your house and if you happen to be at a doctors appointment or a medical scan when they are ready to pass by your house they skip you altogether for that day. After this happened twice due to a CT scan and a doctor’s appointment I asked for some type of a two-three hour window and was told by the nurse that he doesn’t do that. He said I tell you the day I’m coming and I call you when I’m on my way and that if I required something else he would let his office know that someone else would need to take over my care. Post surgery I had two separate internal abscesses that this home healthcare nurse did nothing in the way of helping with any treatment. On one of the abscesses he informed me it was too late (5pm) for the doctor to get his message so in the morning I needed to make sure I called the doctors office to tell them of the radiating pain that had started around my side into my back along with the chills and fever I was experiencing. This home healthcare company is a joke and I would seriously consider other ones especially if you have elderly family that would depend on REAL home care.

I had to have surgery on the East Coast to Florida. When the person called to set up the home health care nurse I told her I did not know if I’d be coming home Friday evening or Saturday. She said that the nurse would call me early in the morning to set up an appointment. The nurse did not call in the morning to set up an appointment. He attempted to call me one time And did not leave a message and he did not text me. He called a little after 1 o’clock in the afternoon. I was on my way home from the East Coast. When I when my mom called to tell me he was here I could barely understand what he was saying . And he said that nobody would be able to come out until maybe Monday. So there was gonna be nobody there to check my incision the feeding tube or change my bandages since the surgery on Friday. I called the main office and left three or four messages. I text the nurse and asked for his supervisors name, and the information to contact somebody there he replied, and somebody would definitely be calling me and nobody has called me. It is absolutely frightening to think that this is how they treat somebody with ALS, a terminal illness.
