The Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist were EXCELLENT!! The home nurses were not worth opening the door for. My husband had a terrible wound on his bottom. They looked at it once, never cleaned it, never put medicine on it. The ONLY thing they ever done is asked if I took a picture it. I would give the therapist 5 stars but the nurses all three of them would get a ZERO and would be fired if I were the boss.

Javier Rebolledo was my 84 year old mother's home health physical therapist after her spinal surgery, and to say he was amazing would be an understatement. He taught her everything she shouldn't do and everything she should. It was a great experience on all fronts and I would highly recommend him to anyone that requires physical therapy.

Gulf Coast Medical Center ER visit for a friend having a stroke. It was astonishing how fast she was seen and assessed. They had a neurologist do a video conference and assessment lickety split. She had imaging done, swallowing test and was started on treatment quickly. I was really impressed. Most important, MY FRIEND HAS MADE A FULL RECOVERY!

I don’t have a single nice thing to say about these people. Was promised a visit within 48 hours of my father’s hospital discharge, and it never happened. Refused to work with us to schedule visits. Was told that they couldn’t help us unless they could show up anytime with 1 hours notice. Nursing manager, Robin Right, refused to return phone call. Heart Failure Nurse, Violet, berated me at length for daring to take more than an hour to return a call even though it was the first time I’d not promptly returned a call. The nurse had called from an unrecognized number. They don’t care about the patient, they only care about themselves. In the end, father got so fed up he said he didn’t want it anymore and they kicked him out of the program even after I begged them not to. If you care about your family seek care elsewhere.

This corporation needs a major overhaul. You have to sit on hold for 30+ minutes just to return a call from a doctor's office because all calls go through the very RUDE and incapable call center. Or you can press 1 and have them call back within an HOUR, where you have to put your life/job on hold to make SURE you don't miss their call (or you have to start the process over again). I feel like I'm the Lee Health employee, except I'm not getting paid! THEY ARE GETTING PAID FROM ME.
