My husbands doctor set up for this company to come out after he had neck surgery. We didn’t hear from anyone till the day of his surgery which we all know after surgery a patient is normally resting or asleep. The lady was supposed to show up at 9am and didn’t get there till 9:45am, didn’t have what was needed to change his dressing and remove his drain, so she had to go back to the office to get it. Almost 2 hours later she was back. Showed up the next day late and the 3rd day NO ONE SHOWED UP AT ALL!!! No calls, nothing!!!! Horrible company!

I RECENTLY had surgery. The hospital assigned Mederi for my after care in my home. The people were professional, experienced, and very, very nice. ! I actually was sadded when they no longer could come ! I live in a over 55 community and recommend them to everyone I talk to ! Also would like to give a shout out to Tammy ! My experience with her was above and beyond ! Thank you, to all the special people who were my caregivers you were great ! Fondly, Roberta Magruda

I have had to have 3 surgeries since September. I had such a great experience with Mederi after back surgery that I requested them after my 2 hip surgeries. I would highly recommend them!!

I gave them ONE star only because the woman that came to see me while I was an in-patient in rehab was very kind. HOWEVER - once I was home, the nurse that came to my home was unkept, unorganized and didn’t come with anything in her nursing bag. NO thermometer, NO blood pressure cuff, NO stethoscope, no dressing AND her bag was filthy. Her ipad was so encrusted with food that I gave her something to clean it with. The therapist that did my evaluation moved and I NEVER got ANY therapy! It was TWO weeks before I found another therapist. DO NOT hire these people! Their lack of communication, compassion and professionalism is far beyond even what I described!!!

My mother was set up with Mederi after having major surgery to remove an 8 pound tumor. She was supposed to have a nurse to take vitals and monitor for infection, physical therapy to help her be able to eventually get back to her upstairs bedroom, and occupational therapy to help her get back to her independence. The nurse was supposed to come out the day after she was discharged, called to say he was on the way, but never showed up. The nurse came the next morning, and had my mom fill out a bunch of paperwork, but never took her vitals. My mother kept coughing throughout out the nurse interview and voiced that she was not feeling well. The nurse said he would call her doctor for a script for cough medicine and that he would bring it to her the next day. Well, had the nurse took her vitals, he would have found that she had a fever, heard the fluid collecting on her lungs, and saw that she had a low BP. That nurse would have recognized that she needed to get to the ER quickly, since he is a medical professional. But, since he failed to take her vitals, almost a whole day passed, before I was able to convince my mother to let me take her to the ER. She would have gotten treatment sooner. When we called Mederi to speak with a supervisor regarding their nurse's failure to take vitals, their only response was, "Really? That is surprising. He is one of our better nurses!"
