These people are extremely rude and condescending and very incompetent at their job. There is no compassion whatsoever for the client. You are met with immediate attitude the minute you call them for anything. If you value your peace of mind, please stay clear of nursecore.

If I could give them negative 5 stars, I WOULD. I’ve been with this company less than 6 months and I’m appalled by the lack of any type of courtesy from the office people not even talking about the nurses… the office staff is tragically incompetent with anything you need and forget it if you have any gaps in your schedule because they will literally take an eternity to put someone in your house- and that’s IF they can. I can’t count how many times I’ve very clearly expressed if I don’t have a nurse come, I can’t get in bed tonight and it made absolutely no difference except that I wasted my breath. And every time I call and inquire about my schedule (yes, I call them because they can’t communicate) I get instant attitude. As if it is my fault I have to persistently call and check the status of my schedule… it’s my favorite hobby, y’all lol. So if you want good home care and workers that are capable of their job description without a heavy amount of attitude, steer clear. DO BETTER NURSECORE.

I would give a negative 10. This organization is Not organized. They get you in the door, tell you they will do everything you request, then don't do it. Workers don't show up. Agency does not communicate that their employees are not coming. Are not knowledgeable or not trained properly.. most unprofessional agency ever.Rude to patients.

First of all if I can give them a rating of negative 0 i would .They make it seem like they're offer the patient everything they need and then once they get that patient inside the door the they can't do nothing for them they take their time on everything.THey leave them alone without home health , and they don't call you and let you know that there not coming take forever verifying and getting everything that the patient needs.
