I can’t thank my Home Care Nurse enough for the incredible care I received. From the very first visit, they treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. They always made sure I felt safe, understood, and supported during a very difficult time for me. Their attention to detail, gentle approach, and the way they explained every step made a huge difference in my recovery. They were always on time, respectful, and truly dedicated to helping me heal. I felt seen, heard, and cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. I am extremely grateful for everything they did, specially Christian, Humberto and Melissa for checking on my progress, for catching details that others overlooked, and for giving me the confidence and peace of mind I needed. They do not follow through. They do not coordinate with other disciplines meaning PTOT speech and nursing they do not follow up with the doctors on orders. My father-in-law had a UTI for three weeks that they kept saying they didn’t get orders from the doctors, we call the doctors office. The doctor had the order sent it to them. They did not follow through. Do not hire them.

I am propel to highlight the exceptional care provided by nurses Amanda and Carissa who have been my main caregiver since I started with the company. Their expertise and wound care and their profound knowledge of nursing practices have been truly outstanding. I also want to acknowledge Renée who has attended To me on a few occasions , for her Skill and professionalism. What says Amanda and Carissa part is a personal attention to dedication they offer. They have consistently made me feel like valued individual rather than just a number. They never rushed through the appointments. Ensure that I receive the best possible care. Their commitment is evident that I require additional visits, they are always willing to accommodate my needs. These nurses deserve a tremendous credit for their hard work and compassionate approach.
