I’m loving the service that CAREtenders has provided. Clear & precise communication. Timely service. Today, Sam visited and “untangled” my confusion regarding the “plumbing” aspects of wearing a catheter. My confusion was “overflowing”. Sam provided the best service ever, giving me a clear understanding of what was needed. Her thorough questioning and her clear resolutions turned my situation away from frustration and towards a satisfactory handling of catheter mechanics. Saying this a bit more succinctly: “Urine Good hands when Sam is your assister. 🤗

Every single person who came to me was beyond wonderful. All the office people were great too! I was put into a health situation by surprise and they have helped make me feel better physically and emotionally! I highly recommend them.

Mederi sent an unvaccinated (COVID) home health aide to our home care for my very vulnerable and frail 86 year old mother who had just been discharged from the hospital and they did not think it necessary to disclose this to us. We asked the aide about her vaccination status when she arrived and she admitted she was not vaccinated. Additionally, she was not required to use an N95 or even a KN95 mask while delivering direct care. I’m a healthcare professional and I am well informed about COVID risks and safety procedures. I spoke with Mederi’s nurse manager about this and it is NOT their policy to require staff caring for at risk individuals to be vaccinated, or to use rhe specific masks recommended by the CDC, or to inform patients of exposure risks. This is clinically unacceptable and unethical! Obviously making money is more important than patient health and safety! DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS INCOMPETENCE!!! 0/5 stars

This company promises to come out if you call them, however I have had to call them only to find out there not coming when they say, my husbands bandage from the pic line needs to be changed more than 1 time a week. Not happy with this company.
