contacted Priority Home Health to provide assistance to my father when he moved to Florida from New York. They were very thorough in learning exactly what sort of help he needed and as his needs changed, they were able to change to accommodate him. He started with a few hours a day a few days a week and progressed to 24 hour care before he passed away. He was very pleased with all of the caregivers and nurses that helped him. They were all punctual and very polite and provided him with excellent care and assistance. I was happy knowing that agency would also make sure someone was with my father when scheduled. They kept me informed if there was ever a personnel change and always made sure we were satisfied with the services provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Priority Home Health to anyone looking for a reputable agency to provide health care assistance for themselves or a loved one, at home or while in a hospital or rehabilitation facility.

Priority Home Health provided excellent service for me. After years of traveling for all of my treatment, it was hugely convenient to have certain nursing services at home. We have been using the services of Priority Home Health since November 2023. We have been very happy with the quality of care my mom has received. We recently had to expand her care from 12 hours a day to 24 due to a fall. The office staff, particularly Nicole, has done an excellent job of providing coverage. We even receive a printed schedule so we know who to expect for each shift. Mom can be difficult to please, but all of the caregivers have done an excellent job keeping her safe, happy, and meeting all of her needs while she recovers. We highly recommend the services of Priority for your loved ones.
