Warning!!! Avoid this company. My 95 year old mother was released from rehab a week and a half ago with a non operable pelvis fracture and she has had one PT session and 2 NO SHOWS! Neither Gina (the PT) nor the company had the courtesy to call to cancel the 2 missed appointments. Today, I got a call from Compassionate Caring saying they did not have anyone available to take care of my Mom. Why did they take the case a week and a half ago if they had no one available? Greed? In the end, a cruel and decidedly UNcompassionate and UNcaring company. Do NOT use if recommended by your health care provider!!!

They have been incredibly flexible, accommodating, and proactive in meeting her needs. The caregivers we've had during this time have been compassionate, professional, and truly attentive to my mom's well-being.
