Please don’t waste your time calling Kidcare and entrusting this agency to provide services for your child. They lied to me when I inquired about quality nurses and their availability. My child is medically complexed and they sent an inexperienced nurse to care for her fully aware that she’s not competent enough to service my child. The owner Gregory is a LIAR!

We have had this company for 2 months. We might have had somebody 60 percent of that time.. out of that 60 percent not one day has somebody showed up on time. We call the company and nobody responds or gets back to us ever. Not a single person cares about their job. I have had to call out of work numerous times and we have had to leave our 4month old with her grandma for weeks on end because we don't have anybody reliable that'll show up on time or at all. I really hope someone takes this review seriously. Please do not trust these people to watch your children's. They have no clue what they are doing. Nobody keeps ypu up to date. This is the absolute worst company I have ever been in contact with. Please take my advice and never use this company. Save yourself the headache.
