Its hard to find a good health care agency these days. But I can honestly say Bee Well is definitely the best I've seen, they really aim to please and make sure your getting the best health care out there. Employees are proffesional and ready to help you with whatever you need. Five stars and then some! Keep up the great work!

Good until … without any warning they discharged my case .. I had gotten a prescription from the surgeon confirming 3x weekly PT for 3 more months .. I fractured my femur in 7 places and one size all was wholly inappropriate for my case My insurance called them to confirm and Mairely independent of all information just canceled !! She had no right to do that without forewarning! It was incredibly negligent and irresponsible.. she’s unpleasant always on the phone too!!! GO ELSEWHERE

This is great company. Our grandmother has been in their care for almost 4 years now. The caregivers we’ve had were great, except one which was immediately replaced. Our concerns are always heard, and they do a great job dealing with our insurance. We never had a problem or a surprise. Very grateful to Bee Well and would highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that this Home Health Company is dreadful. As far as professionalism, service, or human decency. First off the office manger is just plain rude and does not work you as meaning your loved one or yourself if service is offered to you. The services that were offered to my loved one were physical therapy & skilled nursing. Now as physical therapist I had to be on top of the therapist to do their job. Trust me it was the bare minimum of therapy. Keep looking at the clock. Even left my mom unattended, god for bid if she fell on the therapist watch. Dare i say the therapist came in smelling like alcohol... That should have been my red flag...As far as the nurses were not always on time, come when they wanted, and did the minimum. Please I ask you if you love your family and need Home health service.. DO NOT use the company. Trust me you will regret it. Just save yourself the headache.

For 6 years, Bee Well has provided care for my now 95 yr old Mother. Since we live in different states I have relied on their knowledge, expertise and integrity. Michael Guzman, owner has provided counsel to help me better understand how I can participate in my Mother's care from a distance. He has always answered my calls and we have met during my trips to FL. The two CNA's have been with my Mother for 4 and 6yrs respectively. That says a lot abut the quality of people hired by Bee Well.
