The nurse was replacing my dad’s catheter and didn’t insert it all the way in before inflating the balloon so it pushed against his prostate and there was blood in the tube and she said it’s normal. I had to get an emergency appointment at his Urologist and he will be bleeding on and off for the next couple of days. He also want able to urinate and had retention from when she botched the job until the Urologist fixed it.

Absolutely horrible home health company they do not care about the patients at all. First home health agent came to my home an was only in my home for 2mins made me take my mothers blood pressure and then left when I called to complain they sent out a second nurse who was more worried about her personal phone calls when I instructed her to take the calls outside she put her hand in my face!! I asked her to leave she then sat in her car in my yard for 27mins when I called the office to complain I informed them I have cameras that see when they pull up an see when they came into my home along with the in house cameras that show the behavior of the nurses. Then after 2 weeks a pt nurse shows up Claudia informs me that unless my mom is mentally capable pt is useless my mom has Dementia an I know for a fact she’s not the only dementia patient they deal with so after those 3 interactions this company put a horrible taste in my mouth. Well after that no one contacted me for a month to come see my mom no nurse no pt nothing so I gave up. I received a phone call from Carmelita who basically could have cared less about the horrible interactions I received with their employees a basically blew me off. I suggested they need to check into their employees even though they have gps trackers that doesn’t mean they spend there time in the home doing what they are supposed to be doing she then informed me that I have my rights an could leave a review if I was unhappy!!!!! Great company they do NOT care these patients they only care about getting paid from the insurance Please do yourself a favor find another home health agency do not go with Memorial home health

The people at Memorial Home Healthcare are fantastic! They send extremely qualified people to take care of my current medical needs. Thank you all! And to L & G, (not sure if I can post your names) Thank you so very much!

Physical therapists said they could no longer work with my dad because he couldn't walk and had difficulty following some commands. I explained that was why he was getting physical therapy and reminded them that the whole point of PT is to meet a patient where they are and to work with them from that point. Promised to come back and assess him again and I never heard back from them. This company is almost reckless with our loved ones. The only reason they are getting any stars is that their SLP is awesome.

Only gave one star because I had to. I don't even know where to start.. I had the WORST experience ever with Memorial Home Health. Would not recommend to anyone. I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism from some of these people. Monica is very caustic and abrasive. They should mandate that she take a customer service course or fire her. She definitely is not an asset to Memorial. Jose Gonzalez (home nurse)does not think twice about lying on a patient. Very disappointed with the level of care (or lack thereof).
