They never answer the phone. It goes straight to voicemail, unbelievable!

My father is with them now and I do not like the service. My father has a sitter with him daily and they don't leave any notes I don't know what's going on with his progress. The staff at times has been a know show. They don't call the right numbers. I don't even know how often the nurse is to come out since he has only been out here two times. The Therapist is very good but the service over all is not good. I gave 2 stars for the Therapist not the service.

I have been with this company for years... I have trouble getting the supplies i need for my care... This happens every time they change DON well they have lost this patient and i dont reccomed them to anyone...
