I have to say after having my 2nd knee replacement I knew i needed a different home care that would be tough not sympathetic so I could reach goals that were expected. JON was not only knowledgeable about my knee surgery but he knew how to get the best results and rooted me on the whole time. He explained what to expect and could give me comforting answers on any concern I had. He was on time, courteous and really cared. This was definitely a better experience! Choice Matters is lucky to have JON as part of their staff.

Amazing healthcare. I have wounds due to diabetes and lymphedema. I have been working with Regina and let me tell you friendly, personable, knowledgeable. She knows her job and her skills are top notch in my opinion. A wound I thought would take a year to heal is pretty close to fully healed maybe by the new year. I am thankful for their professionalism but even more so their sincereity and willingness to answer my multitude of questions. I'm the type I'm willing if I know why things will be done a certain way etc. if I could give more than 5-stars I would.

Feeling quite overwhelmed after surgery, I trusted a friend's recommendation and called Choice Matters Home Health Care, specifically requesting the physical therapist, Jon. The ability to recover at home was a blessing, but my primary concern was ensuring my recovery didn't suffer. Jon immediately eased my anxiety during his first visit. His approach was methodical, and he communicated in depth the 'whys and what's' of every exercise. His profound understanding of human anatomy—both muscular and skeletal—was evident in our discussions. Though the exercises were challenging and the homework wasn't always fun, I began to see improvement in my strength and balance as he built up my capabilities. Furthermore, Jon was the picture of professionalism: always on time and never missed a single session. I would definitely recommend Choice Matters and, most importantly, the exceptional care provided by Jon.
