Our family was in a bind when we lost our long time caregivers due to COVID. We desperately needed some 24/7 home health care for our loved one who was "parked" in a hospital until we could find help. Having the same caregivers for years, it was a daunting task to enter the public market place with no recommendations. Our family was blessed to find Diligent. After meeting Will on a couple of occasions, we knew we had found the right company to give us the special quality loving care that we were used to receiving. I would highly recommend DILIGENT. I cant say anything negative about my experience. I was in immediate need of 24 hours care in addition to the assisted living that we was currently paying for my dad. When I called for assistance it was nothing but a relief to know that they could assist me. They were so kind and understanding. When there was a delay in moving him to another facility, they were able to continue to get me assistance immediately. Great communication during the short period that we used Diligent. The care givers that were sent to assist with my dad were all wonderful and great with him. He really enjoyed Katrina during the time until we had to move him into a full memory facility. They were able to also direct me to a video as well as group to assist with dealing with dementia individuals. They have reached out to me since the move to see how he is doing. Dementia is hard on the family but its great to know people are there to assist and help you get through the tough beginnings of understanding this disease.

At the time I contacted Diligent Home Health Care to assist my elderly parents, I didn’t know that a wonderful relationship was going to follow. Will drove over an hour across town after working all day, to come and meet me and my parents. We needed to complete paperwork because we were eager to begin receiving services right away. The very next day, sweet Lola came into our lives. Will told us he thought she would be a good “fit.” He certainly was right! We couldn’t have been more fortunate. The words compassionate, kind, patient, thoughtful and caring all describe the qualities the individuals at Diligent possess. It gives me and my brothers great comfort to know that our parents are being cared for with such respect and with such a genuine concern for their well being. Will calls regularly to touch base and just to ask how things are going. And Lola is simply put, an angel! We are so grateful we found Diligent. Their commitment to their clients is remarkable.
