If you need Home Health, PT, etc, I highly recommend Enhabit Home Health. They are far above the others. Carla called to set everything up for my post surgical visits. Sarah came out Saturday & did my history, very nice, made the process of asking all the medical questions as quick as possible. Lakeisha (Keisha) came today for my home health visit she is very kind, professional & explained everything to me, gave great instructions, showed up on time & is a true asset to Enhabit Home Health. Incredible staff, great communication, shows up on time, friendly, kind & thorough. You feel they truly care about you. They go over instructions each time to make sure I understand them, which is good, (cause I forget things..) I am blessed my Dr used them for post op care. Top marks for Keisha, Sarah & Carla, they truly are a wonderful team to work with I. My post surgical recovery!

I want to thank Enhabit and their team for providing excellent service to my father in Jacksonville. My mom died earlier this year and my dad has had a series of health issues since. Enhabit is the second HH company to help treat my dad at home, and they're fantastic. I've been around for quite a few of the visits. They're friendly, engaging, courteous, very attentive to my dad, professional and offer really good help. I'd especially like to thank Andrew and Amanda. My care started off nice three days out from a quadruple bypass and then no shows after calling multiple tines. I would never recommend to anyone. I am also making a Medicare inquiry for services rendered.

Nurse shows up with an attitude about a personal problem, it went downhill from there, she called my Doctor and her Supervisor stating that I Verbally Abused her, than I received a call from her supervisor who scolded me like a school child and threatened to Discharge me as a patient. I responded with, do what you have to do. I never received a call or a letter confirming they did, they just left me hanging.. STAY AWAY !!!

Encompass Home Care has been tending to my mother's wounds for several months. They are compassionate, caring nurses who have eased her pain and fears through this ordeal. Shannon, in particular, has gone above and beyond her duties with extra attention to dressing application, researching nutrition recommendations and even finding help for mom's hair loss. Mom looks forward to her daily visits due to her genuine concern and warm personality. With many thanks to all the staff, I would highly recommend Encompass.
