Aging True has been a life saver for my dad and I. I am his full time caregiver. Without their help and resources I'm not sure what we would have done. They are phenomenal! Jade is wonderful!

The Meals on Wheels volunteer came to my client 🏡. I guess my 93 yo client didn't move fast enough so she left without giving my client her food; the person left a door hanger with a number for my client to call. We both called and no answer. I called the main number and was transferred to meals on wheels extension and still no answer. I left a message and no one BOTHERED to call my client. Poor business practices. I understand this is a non-profit and many of the "staff" are volunteers. But it doesn't hurt to take pride in the volunteerism.

I have been trying to get in touch with Aging True meals on wheels service for a long time to pay a bill for my grandmother, who used to be a patient. None of the phone numbers I have been given have worked, including this one, which is supposed to be open until 5 pm. I have been calling since 3 pm. I have called, left messages, no responses. This bill is from 2021! This shows you just how long I have been trying to get a-hold of someone.

Aging True doesn't even deserve 1 star! But I had to give 1 because I wouldn't be able to post this important message to whoever needs home health. The administration there is very incompetent, and so are the puppets in the office.... A current patient of Aging True, using their physical therapy, still having 3 weeks or longer left of physical therapy, went into the hospital for 3 days, Aging True discharged her. Remind you guys she has great insurance. A no problem patient, always compliant. DO NOT USE AGING TRUE 1 OF THE WORST HOME HEALTH AGENCY'S IN JACKSONVILLE!!
