Noah is one of the best I have ever worked with. He is kind, knowledgeable, and consistent. He assists with patients returning home from SNF care and he runs to help at any chance given. Even if Noah is unable to accept a referral due to things out of his control, he asks if he can help in other ways. Finding this kind of support and enthusiasm is rare these days. Appreciate having Noah as a contact!

Trilogy Home Health Care should be avoided at all costs. They were to come to the home 3 days a week for wound care. Initially they would text the night before with an approximate time. That lasted about 2 weeks & then stopped. Now you never know when or if they will show up. They were to come out today but no one ever showed. They were nurses never seem to have the proper supplies. They claim they place a supply order & what shows up is not what you need. Find another home health care agency.

Just wanted to put a huge thank you out to DAWN WEBBER, with Trilogy. She has been an angel sent from heaven! She is a nurse who really cares and who goes above and beyond expectations.

Trilogy Home Health Care does NOT live up to their name as none of their people cared to contact us when told that they would, and did not follow through with promises to call ahead. When the nurse finally did show up a day later, it was blamed on a miscommunication. Then when it came time for the PT and the OT to make appointments with us, nobody bothered to call. 24 hours later, I called the coordinator again and she gave another excuse for the lack of communication. Also, three separate times she seemed to think it was OUR responsibility to keep checking back with her to let her know if her people called or not. Maybe the definition of the word Coordinator should be googled. There is not much HOME HEALTH or CARE coming from them and I would never recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by the level of care - or lack thereof -provided by Trilogy Home Health. After our 88 yr old mother (who lives alone) was discharged from the hospital with clear medical recommendations following a lymph node dissection/surgery, this agency failed to follow through with even the most basic steps to ensure she received timely treatment. For an entire week, no wound care nurse showed up. No phone call from the agency. I called multiple times and was told promised someone would follow up, but no one ever did. As a result, our mother developed a severe infection of the wound and had to be rushed to the ER, where she remained for 8 days. This wasn't just an oversight - it was a complete breakdown in care that could have had tragic consequences. A healthcare agency should provide peace of mind and support during vulnerable times. Instead, we were left abandoned and scrambling for help. Our mother is now in a short-term rehab center due to the severity of the infection. To add injury to this unfortunate situation, the staff didn't even call me after knowing my mom was admitted to the hospital. Their "marketing" person was the only one to call me. By that time, is was too late. We place blame on Trilogy Home Health for failing to coordinate wound care for our mother. We are now dealing with a wound vac and weeks of short term rehab. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. If you care about the safety and well-being of your loved ones, do not agree to use this company for home health even if they are recommended by the hospital.
