Action Homecare is not professional at all made reservations two months in advance then called again a month in advance to make sure everything was good had surgery on June 21st called right after surgery and they said they need documents from my doctor and got the doctor to fax documents for the 3rd time after that point we should receive a call from the nurse we waited to two pm the next day they never called so I called them and they told me still waiting on paperwork I explained to them that I sent the same paperwork three times at that point they said to let them check their files they said the paperwork was not in there at that point I was very frustrated and they told me they will call the doctors office at that point I waited two more hours I called them back they told me they have the paperwork from PA that no longer work there at that point I caught them in a lie and I fired them. Worst customer service ever even the worst company
