RUDY was an Amazing Physical Therapist! He cared for me during my many many hip dislocations and revisions! He was very professional, tough but gentle pushing me, but most of all compassionate! He works nearly a year plus straight 2022-2024! Trust me I’ve worked in the medical field and they are above the rest! Nola Jean my Occasional Therapist went above and beyond for me!!! If it wasn’t for both of them I’d probably not be as mobile as I finally am!

This company is unreliable. My insurance company could only have this company on payroll if they are the cheapest. It took a week to hear from anyone once I was released from the hospital when I needed help most. The way they schedule services is ridiculous. My barbecue is more professional and conscientious. Appts are missed and no shows are frequent. Despite the pre-release visit from Allie,who talks up the quality of services, request another home care provider if they attempt to stick you with this company. You will save yourself the aggravation.

Horrible care after the initial visit. Two no call no shows, showing up without any contact on a Saturday morning at 9 am, never checked my wound but told her supervisor she was. She was falsifying the paperwork saying she was checking my wound when she was not. That is fr as ud! She didn't consistently check my vitals. They discharged me two months ago but didn't even tell me and then promised my care support manager the discharge paperwork was "in the mail". That was two weeks ago and I can't order my medical supplies without it! I have complained multiple times to the supervisor.
