I had a very disappointing experience with Total Care Home Services Inc. The owner, Maria Theresa Rafaelly, was extremely rude and unprofessional. In over 10 years of dealing with home care agencies, I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior from someone in a leadership role. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for compassionate or respectful care, and much less to anyone considering working there.

This agency provides the best personal care/home companionship elder care services!! Wilda was very sweet, compassionate, and truly showed she cared about our needs and concerns. They thoroughly vet potential caretakers and make sure it’s a good match between their patient/client and caretaker. I am extremely grateful to have found a caring agency who truly cares about the customers, and not just getting paid! Our caretaker Doris is not just a caregiver, she’s an angel with a heart of gold! We love her and really appreciate her being with our mother!

TOTAL CARE HOME SERVICES is by far the BEST Nursing/HHA Agency in the state of Florida. The staff is so sweet and accommodating, they treat you like family. I trust in them to provide the best care available! I think there is a mix up with other agencies with the similar name located in different states because Total Care Home Services in Kissimmee, Winter park & Miami Florida are #1!
