Do not use this company. I had Lyn as a nurse was extremely combative and rude, I had to ask her to leave on her second visit to my home. Leaving me to finish the process by myself. They then gave me a different nurse who calls past 8pm to confirm an appointment that has already been confirmed twice earlier in the week, she then never shows up and claims she did. I am lucky I didn't have a serious enough situation that I would need to go into the hospital to receive care as they did this on a Friday at 2pm leaving me no option to find an alternative. This agency is a joke and should not be trusted.

rude staff. Brendalynn is very rude on the phone. She shouldn’t be in healthcare if she isn’t willing to be nice and help. I can’t imagine how she is in person
