…they are sending covid non vaccinated nurses , aids and other employees. Second… every employee has different orders none Of which agree with the treating doctor’s orders. Third. They are more interested in having you sign a blank paper stating they were there but I can just imagine how much they are billing Medicare. All call are left on hold and if they say they will call you back it takes hours And lastly when there is an after hour emergency they tell you they will see you tomorrow. So I should drop dead tonight and they will bill Medicare when they see me tomorrow

Very experienced, tenured nurses and staff who truly care about their patients and respond quickly to their needs. Fantastic care - a nurse calls you every day for 30 days when you come out of the hospital with CHF to see how you're doing as well as seeing you at home a couple of times a week. The physical therapists are top notch too. And it doesn't cost you a dime - Medicare pays for Community Home Health Services 100%! It's the best home health company ever. I couldn't be happier!

Too many uncaring and disrespectful employees. Two stars cause of a couple of good people, but they were the exception. I ended up in tears after almost every visit. One of them actually yelled insulting things at me and refused to stop yelling at me when I asked her to. When you are incapacitated and in pain this is NOT what you need. Hopefully this is not the norm for home health in Palm Beach County.
