Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a doctors office. This was my second time visiting and seeing Dr. Krysta. She was dismissive,and didn’t listen to my symptoms. On my first visit she recommended I get a scan. Due to insurance and having to leave the state I was unable to get this scan. On my second visit she walked out of the room at one point and I could hear her patronizing me behind my back to the other nurses and doctors about how I didn’t get the scan. I’m sorry but you have no idea why I couldn’t get the scan, you showed zero empathy or professionalism. What’s the point of being condescending to your patients. We are there for your help. It was very unprofessional and the last thing I want is my doctor to talk trash about me behind my back when I can hear them! I wouldn’t recommend this location or probably any baycare from now on.
