I love the quality of care I received from all the different departments of my lasy stay at St Joseph’s Hospital. Special should out the ARPN Ms Ellen in the pulmonary/cardiology section, Primary Dr Sapna Patel, RN’s Moira & Diann in 5C wing and respiratory tech team Vanessa & the bald headed guy. So sorry I forgot his name! Kudos to you all!!

Always responsive, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I retired from BayCare after 32 years, and I was worried that when my insurance changed (to Medicare), I'd have to give up the many BayCare services I have been receiving for many years (CPAP supplies, Tremfya shots, and other services). Fortunately, I have been able to stay with the teams that I love and trust.

Not surprising that this home care company is despised. My partner used them for years—once switching from a port to a hickman we no longer needed weekly services and this was totally fine with Baycare Home Care—up until a month ago and now nurse visits are “required” for my partner to continue getting her meds. Why, when she is completely independent? I can only assume so insurance can be charged more. Why, may you ask, does my partner not want constant nurse visits? Well she is immune compromised so each one represents another germ vector. Also, while a number are very good at their jobs, there are also quite a few with no concept of proper sterile protocol. Now, after a hospitalization, Home Care refuses to schedule a one off visit to ensure she can be discharged. Not surprising given the lack of intelligence and empathy the office typically shows. Cannot wait to talk to insurance about how terrible this home care company is (sadly the associated pharmacy is fantastic—we may need to leave them as well and seek service with a different corporation capable of properly handling independent, chronically ill patients. Also looking forward to blasting them at any chance I get.

I will never use this service again. I went on their patient portal with my account number. It gave me a balance and I clicked on Partial Payment options. I paid the first payment. Next thing I am getting a phone call from a collection agency for a totally different amount. I asked if there was more than one account number and I was told no I was also told they don't set up partial payments. I read it right from the patient portal. Something isn't right, they won't do anything, the collection agency won't do anything. If I owed more why is it not on the patient portal? This isn't right. If I ever need homecare again it will NOT be with Baycare. This is in addition to the review above. I will still never ever use this company again. They don't give you time to pay anything they just send you to a collection agency.. i paid on 9/22 and the next thing I know it is with the collection agency. WHICH GOES ON MY CREDIT REPORT. i WOULD SUGEEST NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY

Got an email to renew CPap supplies, checked off what was need only and received one item requested and a bunch of filters I don't need. Called and today I got a package with face mask and strap but no tubing. This happened last time and I drove to Largo to get them because it takes over a week to get them. I'm not so unhappy my insurance wont be dealing with baycare any more :(
