It is always a smooth transition for our family. Our main nurse is a dream. She is part of our family. She takes care of our son like her son. Sierra Lifecare Review Sierra Lifecare has truly been a good and supportive agency for my son and our family. Having home nursing isn’t always easy—your home and routines change, and trusting people with your child’s care can be difficult. But the staff and management at Sierra Lifecare have shown compassion and dedication that really make a difference. My son medically fragile with tracheostomy fed on g tube and a stroke victim but all said and done he still up and at it going to school and all the nurses are his nurse and advocate at school and his family at home The team feels family-oriented and they stay on top of things, doing their best to make sure everything runs smoothly. In times when so many agencies face nursing shortages, Sierra Lifecare still works hard to provide consistent and caring support. Sierra Lifecare has stood out by always showing care, communication, and concern for my son’s well-being. It’s not always an easy road for parents like me, but I appreciate that this agency continues to be there for us and helps me feel that my son’s needs and health truly matter.
