The care I received from members of the J and J care team was excellent. I was fortunate to be assigned Crystal as my at-home PTA. She was very professional, always notifying me when she was on her way AND with 15 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, a superb therapist. I was also fortunate to have been assigned Patty as the visiting nurse and Luther, PT supervisor. I could not have received better post-surgery care.

She was very knowledgeable, kind & supportive but also professional and insistent on having me do the work for best results. My nurse, Patty was also just perfect. Helpful & professional. Top Notch care. I highly recommend this service if you’re able to ask for it. Just starting my recovery from shoulder surgery both the nurse and PT people came twice a week and was a godsend. I felt comfortable and trusted their knowledge in what they were doing. Winifred was an excellent nurse. Made sure everything was going well with the wound care. Luther, my PT evaluator came every couple of weeks to see my progress. Was pleasant and very professional. Crystal, my main PT person came a couple of times per week. She was excellent. She was kind, caring, and considerate of my pain. She also did not let me get away with any slacking. Which, of course was good. So again I highly recommend this company if you need any in-home care A+ rating in my view.
