My SO needed a home health care nurse to change his wound vac and bandage 2x week, per his surgeon's orders. We were lucky to get a nurse named Ann and I can tell you she's GREAT! She understood that no one from the company had contacted us, so she has basically been the only one to change the SO's bandage. I wish I could just hire her from this company to come change it. However the company is not. We have asked repeatedly for someone to call or text us to give us an idea of when they will be arriving. We have never received anything like that. We do not sit around waiting for them to show up.

I recently had hip Surgery and had Home health by Mederi and was overwhelmed by the levels of service from the nurses to the physical therapists . They made my recovery so easy. Pleasant and funny staff even answered you on there day off. A big thank you to Shanea , Daniel and Ross you made my recovery so easy. Rita Mc Kee

I’ve had three surgeries in the Orlando area now. And I was recommended by my doctor almost four years ago to use Mederi. And I’ve used them ever since. Whenever I need home care, or physical therapy. I’ve had the most wonderful nurses in both central Orlando when we lived there. But most especially here in Altamonte Springs. My nurse Shenea was just the kindest and most patient nurse, as well as Linda who is smart, kind, and so good at her job as well, they both are fantastic! But let’s talk about their pt. Their Pysical Therapists are just absolutely amazing! They’ve helped me learn to walk again after 10 years in a wheelchair and 16 surgeries to fix my leg, and knee. Daniel was my main physical therapist. And he was just awesome. So good with me, knows when to push you and when to praise you. He knows exactly how to get you to get your strength back all while being kind, considerate, and super amazing at his job! I’m so grateful for Mederi Health Tenders for literally helping me get back on my feet! I couldn’t have done it without all their amazing care and encouragement! Thank you so much Mederi , and staff, Jason, Shanea, Linda and most especially my physical therapist Daniel, you all are just amazing!! I’m so grateful for all your help!! If you’re in the area, request Daniel, he’s a brilliant therapist. One last thing, I do agree with other reviewer, I did not like Eric, the nurse who first came out to assess me as a patient. He was impolite, rude, and wouldn’t look my husband or myself in the eye. But the other staff more than made up for him!

In complete disbelief with the individual whom met with us in our home to establish services for my Father. This man goes by the name of Eric RN per name badge as he didn't formally introduce himself to me. I was treated with disrespect, arrogance, and judgement. When told I requested PT/OT for my father he mentioned skilled nursing order that was placed.. great, I understand but politely declined skilled nursing as I'm home providing bedside care for my father. I have been for some time now. He had the odassity to question my credentials and knowledge. I had to clarify and explain myself by stating I have knowledge on my fathers conditions, I've been not only coordinating care with multiple specialist, medications, assisting with ADLs, vitals, food preparation, and explain/answer any questions my father has related to his health. Although I'm no RN I've taken initiative to educate myself with his medical conditions, in addition to having 10+ years as a medical assistant who is currently earning her bachelor in science. The fact that I found myself having to explain my role was out of line for him. He had documentation infront of him stating I have power of attorney and my father selected me to care for him medically as his Caregiver. When I asked to review paperwork and I went to add myself on medical release he snatched the paperwork from me. Most unprofessional encounter I've had throughout this journey of ensuring my father receives all the services he needs to regain independence. I called and placed a complaint with manager but this will not be enough. We are actively looking for another agency inetwork with my father's insurance to provide services. We're not okay moving forward with your agency.

Hello, my name Darolin Hernandez, I was patient with you until recently for the second time and my interest is to notify you that I feel extremely more than grateful for the service and attention you had with me for months. The staff who always visited my house, did it with respect, kindness and with great affection. I thank Nurse Lorraine, Mary k speaking therapy, Gin marie therapy, if you write the name, but they are all very kind and professional people. I thank all your team for the love and all the time for me. Thank you and always with you.
