Do not use this company. Jason, the administrative office manager, is extremely rude. Once calling to see why OT services had lapsed, after already being re-evaluated last week, they could not tell us why my grandpa was not scheduled for OT therapy. The admin office manager, picked up the phone very rudely during an ongoing call with someone else, and said he was tired of hearing we would switch to another health service that we should just go ahead and find one. Our nursing services through this company completely stopped and he had stepped in to do the wound care for my grandpa with no explanation why he picked up the services and not the nurse. During his heated phone call today he told my mother that he did not appreciate driving so far to our house to have service cancelled — my mother called and left him a voicemail one day cancelling the service that day, I was with her during the call so I know she left the voicemail — he told my mother she lied and did not call and she told him she did call and left a voicemail. He said people answer all the time and she said no she had called his cellphone that he had called from and then he hung up the phone on her today on the call. He slammed the phone so that you could hear the rustle of the phone and click the call went dead. My mother tried to call back and they did not answer. Also, in regards to Jason, when he decided to step in as a wound nurse — charged the insurance for large gloves, since we didn’t have gloves big enough for his hands, and my grandmother had to pay the insurance for the gloves. Jason is a hot head and should not be an office manager, or any type of manager for employees, or work with the elderly. He is too quick to lose a temper for someone just trying to see when their grandpa is getting services again since he is bed/chair bound and relies on the weekly OT and PT services to hopefully regain some mobility about him again. However, McKenna is very kind and sweet at this company. If you do make the mistake to choose this home health company, you will have the pleasure talking to McKenna as she’s very helpful, kind, patient and compassionate.

I never wanted a therapist in my home cause I don’t like to have strange people in my home but this young man came to my house today and he was the most polite, caring, understanding and professional person that I’ve ever met. He understood my needs and he was able to make my arm feel a little better with the exercise. He showed me I commend You a therapist and I recommend your company to anybody that wants a professional caring person his name is EDWIN ESPINOSA and I must add that your company is very lucky to have a wonderful therapist like him. Thank you very much for the help and may God bless you all.

I was blessed to find Celestial Home Health Care and have used them on numerous occasions over the past three years. From their administrative staff to the therapists and nursing staff they contract with – all are fantastic. Professional, efficient, and caring, the staff at Celestial listen and treat you like family. If you are looking for an outpatient service coordinator for your loved one, I highly recommend Celestial! Expectations continually exceeded – thank you Jason and Team.

My therapist was Toby is is seriously the most awsomest he was kind gentle but firm he makes you want to anything that needed to be done. I couldn’t go up and down stairs for 12 years and now with my new knee and Toby’s help I can😁 I loved how he kept the painful ones till the end of therapy. He absolutely has the best personality ever ,this is the perfect job for him. This is gonna sound crazy but I’m gonna miss him. Keep up the good work Toby and thanks for cheering me on .

They were Amazing!!. From Sol who evaluated my needs, to Tina, my Nurse, to Michelle, my Therapist!!! Each of them kept me informed of what needs to happen next since I never had a knee replaced and thought it would Never bend again. Michelle hears me scream, told me to breathe and kept doing what she knew to do to get my knee moving. I would recommend them to everyone!!
