Working Nurses home health is a great company you can truly depend on. Their services are excellent and always on point. Matt Johnson, the area manager, is a wonderful, caring, and highly professional individual. It has been a pleasure knowing him and working with his team.

Tope and Kolby were consistently coming to take care of my wound and my antibiotics picc line .. they were polite. Some other nurses didnt wash their hands prior. I was initiating conversation for them to do so. One nurse used my dog scissors to cut my gauze without asking to sanitize them. Nurses need to wear a visible badge at all times. My wound was not measured or documented weekly. My BP and temperature was not taken daily. I saw many inconsistency between nurses and i would question why. My weekly syringes of blood drawn from my picc line was left here for week. No one disposed of them or told me what to do. My biggest concern was my weekly trough and peak bloodwork taken to check my blood levels never made it to Quest on time, or my name was spelled wrong (DOB) for my Iv pharmacy to adjust dose. Many times the vile was missing and no results taken. As far as wound care, the dr orders was incorrect and Nurse Kolby insisted we needed to follow Neosporin on a deep wound. I was disappointed he knew better as insisting. Many nurses need Wound care 101 again. The best nurses was Laura and Margaret and Bianca. Very well knowledgable. Carolina on day one told me to put on gloves and take notes to begin doing my Iv. She made me cry. Very unprofessional. Im exhausted being middle man and micromanaging the entire system to advocate for myself!

I agree with every bad review!!! I recently had a Laryngectomy due to cancer and lost my ability to speak. Working Nurses was informed of this and still continues to call me expecting someone to answer ( I can only text). They show up when they feel like. Very unprofessional care company!!!

This is my 3rd time using Working Nurses services, in 2021 (I've, wound care) in 2023 (I've, wound care) and now 2025 for the same services. Nurse Margret Walters has been the best nurse I've encountered. I recognize quality in people and services and Nurse Margret has checked all the boxes, her promptness and bedside manners are awesome. She has educated me on my care and cause. I tell her often that she is an Angel by the way she includes me in my recovery I thank God for Working Nurses services and the Angel they blessed me with Nurse Margret

Worse homecare nurses ever! They must be paying people to leave good reviews. Worst agency ever. I wish I could attach a picture of my wound care they did, i swear they used scotch tape that you buy from 5 below. I don’t think they screen there nurses to make sure they have any type of credential, my 20 year old brother had to redo my wound care after they left my house with no type of care experience in the medical field and did a way better job then they did. Not once, not twice but this has happened three times with three different type of nurses from there agencies. If i could give them 0 stars i would. Would not recommend them at all!! It’s primarily on the fact that they left my wounds uncovered with the high risk of an infection meaning i would need to go to the ER and would they pay my bill? no, they have no regards on researching my condition to ensure they are leaving me with the best care. I am discharging them from my services
