I was really hesitant at first going with this company, but boy did they change my mind! The nurse took care of my grandmothers wounds and ensured that we had all the supplies needed to do the wound care ourselves. The Physical Therapist was awesome and really helped my grandmother with gaining back her balance and strength. I honestly loved all the clinicians that helped me with my grandmothers care, they were very professional and caring! I would definitely recommend this company for sure.

Nurse's visits randomly depending on if she in area. She schedules her own patients upon her personal available schedule. What was suppose to be twice a week became her over booking herself for more patient/income to once a month if she was in area or was traveling near so she could pop by for 10-15 min well check as a 30 min appt. Contract Physical Therapist on contract with Nurse On Call group, contacts various times a week to schedule & visits no less than once a week. Very reliable & professional.
