Before discharge from Holmes Regional we were contacted by Hf Home Care and after our primary gave them the go ahead we were told they would be there on Saturday. So within less than 24 hrs a nurse came to evaluate. Danielle was both on time, professional and very attentive to his wound condition and overall conditions. She advised in detail the process of future home visits by their staff. Two days later PT came to our home to evaluate. Antoinette was above and beyond in working with my spouse. We then received a call from Zealea, RN, and advised she would be out in the afternoon to check on the patient. We both were impressed with her care and attention to his issues. She even checked his pulses in the affected legs and reported what she determined as good pulse. Thus far HF Home Care has gone above and beyond any expectations and we are very pleased. In future needs, we would definitely request their services..

OMG I repeat, OMG. What an incredible, helpful professional friendly. Department Of health first. Home health care and its angels have been a godsend to me. Michelle Rogers is the leader of this group of incredibly professional friendly and might I say just the most delightful ,compassionate and hard working people.From Janet,Agnus Joy and Melissa I cannot thank These people enough for all they have done for me. I mentioned michelle Rogers the leader Of this team. What can I say about her? But absolutely incredible and funny, too . If anyone is ever suited for this career, she is definitely in the spot she Belongs. No matter how great her employees are. Which I said they are incredible no team runs this smooth and Professional without a great leader. Very, very unprofessional. I was discharge from Viera Hospital on 7/13. Was supposed to gave HFHC administer my IV becaI had a mid line. Didn't see a nurse Sun,Mon, Tues. Noone came to pull the line like they were supposed to or anything.

Patient was released from hospital on Monday with bed sores. Health First arrives on Tuesday for wound care. Rn handles wound care and next visit is Friday 4 days later. Patient left with no supplies for wound care and when contacted the supervisor at 1500 hrs .. he laughed at us that we needed help and Friday is the earliest that they can arrive...4 days later. Very unprofessional treatment to care giver. No supplies to parient causing additional damage to wounds and patient care due to homecare negligence and problems.... be aware

I don't know if I can even express how wonderful the Home Care Nurses, PT, and Social Workers are. I found myself at 43 sick and scared! The team has absolutely made the experience better. I have seen 4 of the nurses, 1 PT and 1 Social worker. EVERYONE of them have been so patient when the bandage changes took 2 hours and lots of pain. They don't just run in take care of it and run. They have calmed me,held my hand, let me take breaks.. They are allowing me to heal at home with compassion and you cant ask for anything better. The PT had me up confident and walking in a day I was so scared! The social worker spent enough time to make sure every questions was answered and gave me all the information I needed. I would trust them with my mom and any elderly! Keep hiring the best!
