After my mom passed away i've been trying to contact the owner VLADIMIR PUPO!!!!!!!!!! which once he said we were like family but I guess that after my mom passed and he's not receiving any more money from her we NOT FAMILY ANYMORE!!!!!!!! MY MOM PASSED JULY 4TH I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CALL HIM AND I'VE TEXTED HIM WITH NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!! THATS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER TRUST HIM!!!!!!!! IN ORDER TO POST I HAD TO PRESS A STAR BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO PUT NOT EVEN ONE STAR !!!!!!!!!!!! I had a very disappointing experience trying to schedule an appointment at Beatriz Home Health Care. When I first called, the agent only spoke Spanish and transferred me to someone who could speak English. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was quite rude. He repeatedly informed me that there were no available appointments and, when I attempted to discuss further, he abruptly told me, "Sir, we don’t have a place," and hung up on me. If someone is seeking physical therapy, they deserve a supportive and positive environment. The vibe I encountered here was anything but welcoming. I would not recommend this place.
