I am grateful to have found this company as it was the only one to accept my commercial insurance. I give the Home Health aid 5 stars . She was professional, came on time, and did exactly what was expected with a smile. She was a blessing. With regards to getting approvals for service, there seemed to be a disconnect between the company and my insurer (or third party company). I was informed by other persons with Aenta that it is usually hard getting Home Health aid, but I feel that the representative at Stat could have done more. The Physical Therapy team consisted of a Dr and a Therapist. They were excellent and helped me to progress in my healing journey. I give the team 5/5. As with anything there are pros and cons but my final review of 3/5 is a culmination of my experience with the nurse, Home Health aid, PT, and the administrative team.

They don't communicate, don't follow up and I have caught the rep in lies too many times. They don't do what they say they're going to day and I have to constantly contact them to get the service I need. I gave them a chance to fix issues but now it's time to move on. I don't recommend this agency to anyone.
