If you care at all about your loved one’s dignity, comfort, or humanity in their final moments—stay far away from Catholic Hospice. What they did to my grandmother and our family was nothing short of inhumane. We signed up with them after being promised professional, compassionate care. What we got instead was chaos, deception, and blatant neglect. My grandmother was in excruciating pain and dying. We were assured that morphine would arrive by 2:00 PM. Twelve hours later—after being lied to over and over again—it never came. We called repeatedly. Each time, a different excuse. 5:00 PM. Then 30 minutes. Then “it’s on the way.” Then “it was never ordered.” The incompetence was staggering. At 9:30 PM, they delivered other medications—but not the one she needed most. Morphine. We later found out the order wasn’t even placed until 10:30 PM. By the time we reached the pharmacy again, it still hadn’t been signed. Then the line went dead. No one answered again. My grandmother suffered. In front of us. For hours. Crying out in pain as we were misled and ignored by people who clearly had no control, no coordination, and no care for the hell they were putting us through. Even the nurse who was with us was horrified at the utter dysfunction. Catholic Hospice failed my grandmother. They failed our family. They robbed her of the peace and dignity she deserved in her final hours, and left us with trauma and rage instead of closure. Do not make the mistake of trusting them with someone you love. They are unorganized, uncaring, and unworthy of the responsibility they claim to carry.

I can not Thank this Home Health Services, I have 2 of the best most caring, warm sweet Gals coming to take care of me , Naty is my nurse she is so funny, keeps my spirits up, answers my question, and my calls if I need her. She is very gentle with her care, follows the Doctors orders each time she is her. Takes her time, never in & out, Knows just what I need as the patent .Thank you Naty , You are the best. Ceceila is my PT care person, Just Wow, She really knows her stuff, Very gentle , with helping me , teaches me my exercise, Has patience and is so warm. Takes time with me also answering my questions, & helps with me learn and do the exercise the doctor ordered, I wish the could come help me more, If you need care ask for these gals. They wonderful. Thank You so much..

Catholic Home Health Miami Dade took care of my 93 yr old mother with a hip fracture. She had the same physical therapist that saw her in their affiliated rehab. I can’t say enough how wonderful their service is! All the staff that came to our come were courteous, one time and very professional.

If i could give them zero stars I would. Not helpful at all, rude customer service. Spoke to someone claiming to be the "HR Manager" her name started with a S , I could not make it out, she was not very knowledgeable what so ever on any aspects and questions I was inquiring, I really would like to see their degree in Human Resources Management. This place is a joke. I do not recommend what so ever! Message to management - thoroughly educate your staff.
