About two years ago, I decided to use this agency's services after my 84-year-old mother was discharged from Intensive Care at Miramar Hospital. From that time on, my mother continues to receive services from this agency, which, due to her condition, has been granted services by La Alianza. The professionalism offered by all the staff involved in this work is incredibly surprising. I am truly very satisfied with all the work they provide daily for my mother. All the staff involved in this difficult task of caring for elderly people with irreversible problems deserve my utmost respect. I commend every member of the staff from Optimal Care Home Health, from the initial call from the doctor's office their timely response to my parents'needs was exceptional and swift. The Optimal Care Home Health team is extremely professional. From the initial physical therapy consultation to develop a tailored plan according to their needs to the therapy sessions proved they are very knowledgeable in their field, with lots of patience as both of my parents at times suffered from pain, mobility issues, vertigo and became difficult at times to go through the treatments, yet they found the way to encourage them to go through their treatment and provided relief from their ailments. The nurses share the same qualities and ethical values as confidentiality, punctuality and patience with the elderly population. This agency possesses and also provides the equipment needed to help the patient live a better quality of life and improve their healthcare needs. My experience with the agency from communication to the care they provided was excellent as they truly care and focus on the patient's well being. I am so grateful for the services Optimal Care provided to my 80 year old grandma. My grandmother was having issues ambulating and thanks to the physical therapist dedication and patience, my grandmother not only can walk now but is able to stand up and walk on her own.
