She was a complicated case, picc line, total care, non weight bearing, and they found the best team to take care of her. I was discharged from Doctor Hospital on 10-24-24. Because of vicious dog attack. All Ways Home Care was assigned to me by the hospital staff for daily wound care services. Doctor Hospital Social Worker gave me their telephone number and the nurse gave me my wound care instructions. I waited 2 hours after my discharged and no one contacted me to arrange a schedule for visits. I called the office and was told that someone will be calling me back shortly and my visits were authorized. 48 hours later and I am still waiting on a telephone call. All Ways Care Unprofessional placed me in a position that I can get an infection and I can’t imagine of any thing worse. This has been a nightmare. If they did not want to care for me why did they accept my referral for care? I definitely don’t trust them and how i was treated with lack of care and concern for my health issues. I won’t let them care for an ant. So run, run, run , as fast as you can from this agency. I strongly feel like this happened to me because of my American Black Race there was NO WAY this could’ve happened to everyone else. Knowing the importance of wound care. I’m going to tell my truth about the way I was treated by All Ways Home Care Miami to everyone who has an ear. Lastly , Thanks to the Most High that I’m a young woman and know how to get reliable care. What if i was an elderly person whom was referred for much needed home health care and never received care and no resources to find a help. Lives are in the hands of healthcare workers and this agency failed miserably. SDCM
