Unreliable. More excuses than needed results. When I complained, they had nothing but excuses. When I contacted the insurance company over their poor service, the account had to be transferred to a bew agency. If you care about your loved one's care, then look elsewhere for help. UPDATE: the response by Alpha is a joke. The case was transferred AFTER we reported their incompetent service to the insurance company that was paying them. So trust Alpha at your own risk. You have been warned ⚠️ maybe your experience will be better.

Extremely lacking in communication and urgency. Last year my father was extreme pain when they did not arrive to perform a scheduled procedure to change his catheter. At their 24 hour on call number when I needed help immediately all I could do was leave a message. Another nurse that came to the house for a different procedure helped us and changed the catheter. Alpha Home Health called a couple days later to schedule an appointment. This happen again a few months later. They always have an excuse like someone on vacation or out sick or otherwise not available, but they don’t call ahead to tell that the appointment can’t be kept. You have to find that out the hard way. So my experience is, they are not there when I need them. We found another care provider.

Excellent customer service from Alpha Home !! I called to schedule an appointment for my grandma and they were extremely attentive. The therapist was on time the day of the appt and provided great service. Definitely will be calling again.

Supposedly they were very good years ago but according to new ownership and staff with certain changes, they are no longer what they were before. Yes they lie, tell you one thing and do what they want after you ask 10 times... They don't follow as they should and I can give you several example, like another one of them my mom left the hospital being a diabetic and 82... They left her on her own once she got home, till next day for resuming nurse care and that was very sad... they said they could not bill for that day due to being in hospital and this is not so but lets say it was, they pay a nurse visit most between $$10- $15 a visit...they can pay it for the well being of a patient in need. With this they showed me they are more business than a health care agency... Although I was around but I had no idea of what to do next for her to be comfortable that day and never expecting this situation I was in shock NEVER HAD THIS SITUATION WITH NONE OF THE OTHER TWO AGENCIES PRIOR. So You should look at other agencies prior to these guys.

Great service & staff. My mom needs physical therapy on her left knee. She was using crutches because she couldn’t walk properly due to her arthritis and now she is not complaining that it hurts and is able to walk with both feet. Thanks Alpha!!!
