Seems like my last review on the company and there negative practices are not here. The agency made sure they did there 40 hours Monday to Thursday. By having the caretaker do 12 hrs day. Then left my mother with no coverage for Friday. So when they were reported forbear in care they can say the 40 hours were done and nobody would be wiser. So, fact is no caretaker for my mom today. And there is a possibility they will try the same thing next week. Not send anybody Monday and have the caretaker do 12 hour dYs next week.
